I grew up with a huge family that is the definition of “blended”. I’m my dad’s only child, my mom’s oldest of 5, and I’m right in the middle of 4 step(ish)-siblings. When people ask me how many siblings I have I always say 8. I have 4 brothers and 4 sisters and that’s that. Family is what you make it; step, half, and everything in between and I’m so grateful for my giant, extended, crazy family.

I love and appreciate all kinds of photography, but there’s something about capturing moments and connections between families that makes my heart soar. It’s almost impossible to put on a facade when you’re with your family. All of those emotions and connections have been established for so many years that they just come out naturally. The good, the bad, and the ugly; all of which are beautiful in their own right and SO worthy of being documented.

I want to see your family; everything about them. I want to know what you love about your children’s ages right now. I want to get in on the inside jokes (and create some new ones). I want your photos to be an exact reflection of who you all are together at this particular point in time.

how does this all work?
1. You connect to the images on this site and decide that you want a custom photography session of your own.
2. You contact me through the link above and we start dreaming about your session and decide on a date + time + location.
3. We meet and laugh together while documenting the love and connections between your family.
4. While viewing you through my lens I inevitably fall in love.
5. For about 2 weeks after your session I perfect your images and fall in love with your family all over again.
6. You view your images and fall in love with your family all over again.
7. You decide which prints+products best suit your style and showcase your family.
8. I customize your files for the products so they look beautiful when they’re in your hands in 3-4 weeks.
9. You pick them up, laugh with me, and fall in love with your family all over again.
10. You love your photographs so much that you can’t help but show them to all of your friends and family.
11. Rinse and repeat.

investment
Portrait sessions are $250 for a 1-2 hour session in-home or on-location.
Prints and products are available afterwards a la carte starting at $35 with print collections starting at $350.
(If a print collection is chosen you are able to apply your entire session fee to the collection price.)
